I know some people roll their eyes at this, but I think self-care is so so important.
You need to make sure that you’re feeding your body, mind, and soul what they need on a regular basis.
If you don’t take care of yourself properly, it’s hard to focus and work towards your goals and dreams.
And when it seems like everything in the world is getting crazier and crazier, self-care becomes even more important.
I think self-care is something that you should practice on a daily basis, but it can be hard to routinely fit it into your every day if that’s something you’re not used to.
I thought I’d create a 30-day self-care challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to get into the routine of making sure they do something to care for their mind, body, and/or soul every day.
I also made a free printable so you can easily cross off the challenges as you go – especially if you don’t want to do the things in the order that they’re listed. 🙂
So, please join me on this 30-day self-care challenge!
