We seem to live in a society that idealizes being super busy, super productive, and always on the go.
But in reality, this isn’t a healthy way to live. We – as humans – need to take time to relax and recharge. This is important for both our physical AND mental health.
I don’t know about you, but often when I’m “relaxing” I end up just scrolling through social media on my phone. But this usually doesn’t make me feel any better.
In fact, most of the time I end up feeling numb, disconnected, and sometimes even sad.
